IAMU is offering assistance in completing the EIA 861 long form Schedule 6A & 6B as well as the WAPA MIR again this year. If you would like IAMU to prepare these compliance forms this year, please Contact Jeff Gorrie: jgorrie@iamu.org, 309-678-5579. Fees for this service range from $75 - $150. In order to complete these forms in a timely manner IAMU is requesting returned data collection forms to be sent to IAMU by April 1_st, 2022. To see if your utility is required to fill out the EIA 861 Long Form Schedule 6a & 6B this year, please visit the EIA Single Sign-On System and log in with your utility’s credentials. If the report listed under Surveys says EIA-861 S, you will not need assistance with schedule 6A &6B. If you need help determining which form you have, please contact Jeff Gorrie.

Please also take this time to ensure you’ve completed your ME-1 Form due to the Iowa Utilities Board by April 1_st. This year’s annual report forms are now available on the IUB website. Because of the delay in this year’s forms being available, the IUB has extended the deadline to submit the reports. Reports, which are usually due April 1, will be due by June 1 this year. Both the ME-1 and the MG-1 (the annual electric and gas reports to the Iowa Utilities Board) are due April 1. The IUB now has this year’s forms on its website, and utilities can access them.
