IAMU members are part of a family of utility professionals -- from local managers and operators to commercial leaders and national experts -- all sharing the common goal of making municipal utilities a cornerstone of service to customer-owners.

IAMU offers three types of memberships:

• Utility Membership: Open to Iowa municipal utilities -- including water, wastewater, electric, gas, and broadband. Please contact Jill at jsoenen@iamu.org or (515) 556-7329 for more information on this membership level.
  
  
• Affiliate Membership: Open to Iowa municipalities that do not operate their own utilities, other governmental and quasi-governmental units, as well as utilities and municipalities in states outside of Iowa. Please contact Jill at jsoenen@iamu.org or (515) 556-7329 for more information on this membership level.
  
  
• Associate Membership: Open to businesses that provide products and services to municipal utilities.  To sign up as a new associate member, please fill out the form HERE.  Once the form has been submitted, IAMU staff will review the account request and send an invoice containing an online payment link to the primary or billing contact listed.  Once payment is received, an account will be created and log-in details for the account will be sent to the primary contact.
