NOTE: This calendar may not include all required forms. IAMU will link to the form on the regulatory agency’s website when possible, however we must host some forms on our own website. These forms are typically updated ~3 months before the compliance deadline. Customer Contribution Fund Activity report

An IUC requirement for all municipal electric & gas utilities as set forth in 199 IAC 19.15(5) and 199 IAC 27.9(4). The form is provided by the Iowa Utilities Commission (click the link to the left), and must be electronically submitted to them through the IUC EFS system. You need your Company Numbers in order to do this (see below).

Estimated Replacement Taxes

Must be filed by a utility if any of the following conditions apply: 1) Taxpayer is reporting replacement tax for the first time or the prior year replacement tax was zero or a partial tax; 2) The taxpayer's transmission or generation tax will vary by more than 10% from the previous year; 3) Natural gas deliveries to a new electric power generating plant that vary by more than 10% from the previous year; 4) The taxpayer paid more than $500,000 in replacement taxes in the prior year. 5) A portion or all of the company was sold in the current year.
