On or before September 30, 2022, a Customer Contribution Fund (CCF) report for the previous fiscal year (July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022) must be filed with the Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) pursuant to Iowa Code § 476.66. The form for the CCF report is posted on the IUB website at https://iub.iowa.gov/records-information/forms-and-applications.

The completed report must be filed electronically through the IUB electronic filing system (EFS) at https://efs.iowa.gov/efs/ under Docket Number CCF-2022-0001. Please review attachment(s) B and C for further instructions.

CCF reports filed with the IUB by the deadline will be included in the IUB’s statewide CCF report to the Iowa Legislature. The IUB’s report will list all rate-regulated, municipal, rural electric cooperatives utilities that do not respond.
