The presenter is Bruce Greiner. Bruce has held positions with the State of Iowa as the Deputy Director of The Office of Energy Independence and as the State’s Procurement Chief Operating Officer. Bruce also directed facility, construction and operations at the Iowa City CSD, West Des Moines CSD, Polk County General Services and the State of Iowa Capitol Complex. After more than 27 years in public sector operations and management, Bruce joined VHF Sales, Inc.
