Three recent Clean Power Plan-related items of interest have been noted by the iDNR and IAMU.

• The Clean Energy Incentive Program (CEIP) proposal was published in the Federal Register last week: https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2016-06-30/pdf/2016-15000.pdf. Comments are due to EPA by August 29^th.
• On July 19, 2016,  EPA is holding a webinar for community and environmental justice groups on the CEIP Design Details Proposal. More details are available at https://www.epa.gov/cleanpowerplan/ceip-webinars-june-and-july-2016.
• The USDA has announced a new no-interest energy efficiency loan program for rural utilities - http://www.rd.usda.gov/programs-services/rural-energy-savings-program. Letters of intent are due to USDA by August 5^th.
