has partnered with IDHS to bring you an important presentation. If
disaster strikes your municipality, what are the actions you take? This
program will walk you through the steps to take when disaster strikes
and will thoroughly explain FEMA's Public Assistance Program. The
program covers what municipal utilities need to know about applying for
and receiving federal and state funding for disaster related repairs
when a federal disaster declaration is approved for Iowa. The FEMA Public Assistance Program
will be presented by Chris Spencer, Policy and Technical Assistance
Officer, Iowa Department of Homeland Security & Emergency
