We are happy to announce the hiring of Jim Wolfe as IAMU’s Director of Electric Services.

Most recently, Jim was employed at the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives (IAEC) as a Job Training and Safety Instructor. In this role, Jim developed safety materials for cooperative members, conducted investigations, and organized and facilitated workshops. In collaboration with the IAEC team, Jim performed job site observations and facility inspections.

In addition, Jim also managed the apprenticeship program, and he has been an active member of the IAMU Apprenticeship Committee for many years.
Before his time IAEC, Jim worked at IAMU as the Electric Services Coordinator where he developed and delivered safety materials and training for electric utility members across Iowa, conducted accident investigations, organized workshops and managed the apprenticeship program.
