The Iowa Public Power Agency

The Iowa Public Power Agency (IPPA) is a 28-E Iowa nonprofit corporation, formed in 2001, to provide Iowa municipal utilities the opportunity to jointly finance the construction and/or purchase of facilities. IPPA has financed the joint ownership of high voltage transmission facilities in Iowa.
