ELIGIBILITY: Any official of an Iowa municipal utility who has been active in the Association for at least ten (10) years.

CRITERIA:

1. Exceptional leadership and contributions to municipal utilities and to the attainment of the goals and enhancement of prestige of the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities;
2. Recognition by the nominee's peers;
3. Exemplification of the highest ideals and finest traditions in management of municipally owned utility systems
4. Contribution to the betterment of the community, the area, the state, or the nation.
