Filed and paid quarterly per Iowa Code Chapter 477C.7.  Assessment is based off previous calendar quarter numbers.  Visit https://iub.iowa.gov/regulated-industries/dual-party-relay-service-assessment for the Quarterly Assessment Form.  Once the form has been submitted, the email address listed within the form will receive a reply email containing payment instructions including the total amount owed and a link for electronic remittance.  Payments are accepted by ACH Debit (convenience fee of 29 cents will be accessed) or from debit/credit cards (convenience fee of 2.5% will be assessed).  Payment by ACH Credit or E-check are not an option at this time.
