ELIGIBILITY: Any Associate member organization or representative whose activities have furthered the objectives of municipal utilities.

CRITERIA:

1. Nominee must have made a substantial contribution to municipal utilities in Iowa and/or the Association;
2. Been an active participant in Association matters; and
3. whose contributions have had a lasting impact.
