IAMU members have voiced frustration with Iowa One Call locate tickets expanding from a  single page ticket to a multi-page format.  This is due to the additional GPS information now being collected.  IAMU has reached out to Iowa One Call (IOC), and IAMU members may opt-out of having GPS coordinates on their locate tickets.

To opt-out, email your request to no longer receive GPS coordinate information to One Call Concepts at ialead@occinc.com.  Include your CDC (Company District Code) code in the request.  Remember some utilities have multiple CDC codes and will need to supply each of those codes..   If you do not have a record of your CDC code, you may contact their Help Desk at 563-884-7762.
