This two-day workshop is designed for city and utility clerks, as well as other utility and municipal administrative staff to better understand municipal law requirements, particularly those related to water and electric utilities, as well as dealing with customers. Individuals may attend one or both days. IMFOA has approved 6.00 flex contact hours for Wednesday and 6.25 flex contact hours for Thursday.
