ELIGIBILITY: Any IAMU member system

CRITERIA: Achievement or sustained performance of the nominated utility that:

1. Was widely recognized among municipal utilities and in the state generally;
2. Improved service to customer-owners;
3. Represented an earnest, coordinated effort on the part of a great number of the employees of the system;
4. Demonstrated progressive leadership and innovation in the area of system design and operations;
5. For an electric or gas utility, included demonstrated success in the field of energy efficiency.
